From a young age growing up in Canada, I’ve always been passionate about caring for others. My journey took me around the world as an athlete, but along with that came numerous injuries and nights spent in hospitals in cities I could barely remember. These experiences gave me a deep understanding of the importance of quality healthcare. Even my closest friend since the sixth grade became an Emergency Flight Paramedic—a testament to how life often brings us full circle.

Let me share how I arrived at this point in my career.

In 2019, my family and I moved to Jasper, Canada. My first child was born amidst the stunning mountain landscape, and shortly after, the global pandemic struck in 2020. We were fortunate to spend the next three years in one of the most beautiful places on earth during a time of unprecedented uncertainty.

By 2023, as the world began to reopen, it became clear that our family was ready for a new adventure. We relocated to Prague, Czechia—a move that was both exciting and daunting, as I didn’t speak any language other than English. I secured a position with a prominent brokerage firm based in Germany, marking my first foray into this type of business.

I quickly realized I had found my calling. Helping families navigate the complexities of medical transfers during some of the most stressful moments of their lives was incredibly rewarding. Receiving personal thank-you letters from those I’d helped reinforced my commitment to this work.

However, it soon became apparent that the practices of the brokerage I was with didn’t align with my personal and moral values. Seeing families charged exorbitant fees beyond what operators were asking and being instructed to hide the fact that we were brokers, rather than aircraft owners, didn’t sit right with me. I knew it was time for a change.

My mission is to revolutionize the brokerage industry by embracing transparency at every step. By fostering genuine connections with customers, we can ensure that families, patients, and operators are all on the same page, working together with trust and integrity.
